Is it just me or does the below review look like a spam bot from Modern Tailor? I was a little apprehensive after googling and seeing the mixed reviews on this site, but I have to say I'm pretty stoked. They're not quite Saville Row, but given they're about 1/3 the price and ship free to the UK, I'm sold. Happy customer here!

I had no issues with the quickness of the delivery, but my shirt was nothing like what I ordered (contrasting fabrics and epaulets that were not part of my order). They really don't seem to have proper quality control. The shirt came with a piece of paper covered with Chinese writing. Something was lost in translation, I guess.
Anon and Anon, I have to say I've had a pretty different experience with Blank Label. I guess I didn't order around Chinese New Year time. But I did came across your reviews before I bought it and thought it important for the readers here to have a balanced view. I got my shirts in less than two weeks (I paid for the express shipping), and I love the shirts. They fit me great and I'm really happy with the quality. I guess I haven't had to really test their customer service chops, but I'm definitely a repeat buyer if the next order goes well too.
I ordered a shirt from them in mid January and didn’t get it until the end of March, and I paid extra to have it made express. They didn’t e-mail me any confirmation of shipment, so when they shipped DHL I missed the package 3 times and almost had to drive 20 miles out of my way to go pick it up. Their customer service is horrible, they ship straight from China so you know their products are the same quality as any other shirt you can buy at any store, and their service is SLOW. Who cares if it's “custom” made by you and stitched by "them"?! You might as well buy a really nice shirt at your favorite high end label and have it tailored. The extra money you’ll spend is worth it when you have a good quality shirt that you physically picked out yourself instead of a just “ok” shirt that you'll wait for for two months - or more! Blank Label is such bullshit.
The previous post is pretty funn to me, because that is word for word m complaint about Blank-Label. I have been waiting since first week of January for my shirt, and when I called and asked why I hadn't received it, they said "The Chinese New Years." Get real.
horrible horrible! I placed my order a month ago and still havent received it. The customer service is almost non-existent- I receive an email reply about a week later. And the phone# brings you to a VM.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
