Brilliant website and amazing shirts.
I reseved the shirt after about 4 weeks but baring in mind that it was sent from Thailand I thought it was a fast delivery, expecerly as the shirt was hand made from scratch!
The shirt was exactly as I made it and it seems to be outstanding quality.
i will defenatly be using ITailor again, expecerly as it's not only shirts, but jeans and ties that are also made.
5 star quality. i highly recamed this website. :D
I have received my first shirt and worn and washed it a couple of times. The shirt is exactly as I ordered it and it keeps very well after washing. The quality is at least as good as the shirts I bought in traditional stores for about 80 euro.
The sizing was a bit tight, but I have just ordered my second shirt and did take the sizes again watching the video's very well and I must confess that at my first shirt I just made some errors in the way of measuring. So I look forward to receive my second shirt. Ordered a tie as well, just to see the quality.
So, take some time for measuring and watching the video's on your first shirt and it will help to get a good fitting shirt.

I wanted to update you that I placed my order after some great responses from the iTailor team, I also sent them my measurements to make sure that everything looked alright and they told me that my arm length looked a bit to big and topld me to reference the video and they were correct, the tailor measured form my neck and not where my shoulder started which I think is great support my the team, I used paypal and it came out to just under 60 CDN. I will keep you updated
I was at first a bit hesitant to pay up front to a firm in Thailand I had never used before but the quality of the site and the flexibility of the ordering process gave me confidence so I went ahead.
Five and a half weeks later I'm the proud owner of a beautiful navy suit (the material they have as a special offer at present) that fits like a glove and is far better made than any bespoke suit I've bought in the past. Okay only time will tell but I have faith in it's longevity due to the workmanship.
The material is only 30% wool but it is heavy and crisp but considering I have a truly bespoke suit with an extra pair of trousers and a beautifully made 100 % cotton business shirt for under £200 I can hardly complain can I?
My only gripe is that their measurements are on the snug side so measure yourself and ad an inch and you will be fine. The trousers fitted perfectly but I had to have them let out an inch to be really comfortable but I wont make that mistake the next time and it only added £16 to the bill from my local alterations place.
So buy with confidence they really want to change the way we buy clothes and long gone are the days thank god where you had to spend £400 on a suit that fitted you properly

Dear All:
I would like to revise the previous posting regarding to my experiences with iTailor.
With regarding to following points:
2) The measurement is actually very fit suggesting that the cut is very precious. Therefore, adding a bit space with make the shirt more comfortable. In my case I added 1cm in neck and arm. I am very please with neck. Due to my personal preference, I will add additional 1cm to arm at my next order.
3) Although the bottom workmanship was not properly done at first place, the CEO Mike, took the initiatives to contact me and trying to improve the situation.
4) The shipping cost also included their labor cost as well as some fees you might be charged depending on the country you are in. Therefore, its actually fair in my humble opinion because it avoids me a lot of trouble at swiss custom.
5) While that point was the vital mistake, it was due to the technical mistake. The CEO looked into it and had it fixed right away. The most important part to me is that CEO contacted me and offered to replace a new shirt.
I must say, my previous post was not very fair as I was emotional at the point. However, after issues been solved. I feel that I must revise my post to reflect my true opinions for the reason not to mislead my fellow shoppers and the efforts of iTailor Management.

I received the answer form them. Nothing more than blaming it was my mistakes and refuse to refund or provide resolutions. I told them is there technical problem and I should not be responsible for it.
Now, let us wait and see how it goes !!

I just received my order and here are some feedbacks.
1. The quality of shirt is OK (Thread Counts dont seems as claimed as highest quality)
2. The measurement is good but you have to take the suggestions from previous post. (Adding some additional space so it doesnt comes too tide.)
3. The buttons are okay but the workmanship looks rather bad .... Many of them, the thread was not properly finished.
4. The Shipping Cost from Thailand is 166 local currency after the conversion. It is only 39% of what they charge you. No wonder they dont combine shipping.
5. There is a VITAL mistake in terms of "Tailor-Made". I ordered "Long Sleeve" but received "Long Sleeve Roll-UP".
Regarding to point 5, that is the most unacceptable thing to me. I have email to both email addresses info@itailor.com AND service@itailor.com seeking for solutions. I will keep updating on this forum as story develops regarding to how they solve the issue, how professional the customer services are, and how long it will take to solve the issue.

I've tried both moderntailor.com and itailor.com. I feel moderntailor have faster delivery time and the workmanship and fabric quality are better.
Absolutely amazing - I am now on my eigth shirt. Everyone loves them as the are great quality & so different, you can really let your imagination fly or be as conservative as you want.
All the shirts that I ordered have all come on time & in perfect condition & probably saved me £'00's
Am now off to rder some ties.
Just recieved my shirt after 5 weeks so not too slow but quality is well below Hong Kong standards in terms of stitching and cut. Delivery costs and payment surcharges make the total cost well above the advertised price again, more expensive for lower quality than the HK fast tailors.
Largest complaint is that the shirt supplied has a different bottom style than the one I selected (logged in a nd checke dthe order record) but there is no way to report this, emails are unanswered so I have an item that isnt to the specification ordered with no way to return. For this reason be cautious.
This is NOT a scam. I ordered a shirt about 4 weeks and just got it a few days ago. Good quality, great looking shirt and I like that you can customize everything down to the threading on the buttons! Yea its slick. The extra $10 for shipping and $2.50 for CC does seem a bit high and it did kinda irk me a bit. But they do send the shirt via airmail from Thailand to America. From now I figure if I'm buying a Pattern Fabric shirt that the website price of $40 is actually $52. $52 for a custom cotton shirt that fits me perfectly is a nice price. I'm buying from them again.
I have to say the website has so much creative versatility it makes ordering a custom shirt a beautiful experience. I ordered my shirt on the 12th of October 2010, I understand that it takes 3-5weeks to arrive but I ordered only one shirt to see what the outcomes were like and till today Nov. 6th 2010, it still hasn't arrived. Also I agree with the previous review, shipping each shirt individually is a scam and takes the credibility of the pricing away.
Today is October 18, 2010. I placed my first order for a plain white Mens Dress Shirt @ $29.95. The site research and measuring were fun. My wife and I made two measurements to make sure we had it right. The videos were helpful. (Measure twice, cut once). So far so good until check out. My custom $29.95 shirt changed to $41.95 with whopping $9.95 shipping fee and a $2.00 credit card processing fee (you can only pay with paypal and credit card, the 'fee" included paypal also). Apparently they ship each shirt you order separately so you would be charged the $9.95 shipping on each shirt. I feel this is sort of a scam.
I will follow up with another review once the shirt arrives
