Thank Your Coach

Gee, I wonder why so many people would want to thank their coach. This site is pretty well made, with a decent java-applet for the designing stage, albeit a slow one once you get to the ‘save’ modus or want a preview.
 
But why is it that there’s no such site as a thankyourdoctor-dot-com, or thankyourpreacher-dot-com, or thankyourteacher-dot-com...?
 
Hmmm, I guess that you wouldn’t want to give these people gifts, since the first one knows of your affliction, the second one knows how it came about, and the last one has seen it go wrong in the first place...
