Choose the sport ball of your choice, and order it. After you fill out your personalia you can upload your photo and edit your text which are then printed on the ball. Not the easiest of interfaces, but the product is worth it.
The site needs an upgrade to 21st century standards, though. But hey, what better excuse do you need to put your balls on display?!

I ordered these balls for our assistant coaches from these guys.. they are super friendly, went over and above to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted to customize .. they are in Canada but the smiles on the coaches were unreal.. they loved it
